A: My culinary journey sprouted from the rich tapestry of flavors I encountered thanks to my adventurous parents. Traveling to 35 countries opened my eyes to new tastes and techniques, which I now incorporate into my work as a personal chef, creating customized dining experiences for my clients.


Q: You’ve lived in several countries. How has that influenced your cooking style as a personal chef?


A: Living in places like Japan, Taiwan, France, and England allowed me to embrace diverse culinary traditions. Each country taught me something unique about food, and as a personal chef, I love blending these influences to craft bespoke meals that resonate with my clients’ tastes.
